About CSSBuy

CSSBuy offers purchasing assistance for Chinese marketplaces including Taobao, Tmall, 1688, JD and Weidian, as well as a separate forwarding service for goods you send to its warehouse yourself. RepLooks helps shoppers discover items and view reference images; purchasing and warehouse handling take place through CSSBuy. Once shipments reach the CSSBuy warehouse, staff verify visible specifications, take inspection photographs, store the goods, and prepare packaging. Reviewing QC photos allows you to check external details before dispatch, though pictures cannot guarantee product authenticity or operational performance. Before dispatch, buyers can coordinate stored orders, choose packaging and select an available delivery route. Confirm current service fees, storage allowances, prohibited items and destination restrictions directly with CSSBuy.
