A long tie whose blade is cut straight across at the wide end, with a fine diagonal rib along its length. On the navy style a band of small light monogram motifs - framed initials, quatrefoils and four-point stars - sits just above that edge, over a tonal allover pattern visible only at an angle. A small label at the neck end carries the Louis Vuitton Paris lettering. Three styles are catalogued as 01, 02 and 03: navy with the light motif band, black with the tonal pattern alone, and burgundy with the same tonal pattern and no light band. Each is a separate choice. The tie is worn knotted at the collar; the photos show the blade rolled, laid in the tray and knotted in the hand.
