This oversized scrunchie is gathered into a wide, softly ruffled ring, with a glossy surface that catches the light in long highlights and creases into fine lines where the fabric folds. A round elastic core sits at the centre, and a small silver-tone metal charm is fixed near the outer edge of each piece.
