Versace octagonal sunglasses with gold lion bridge and Medusa hinge plaques

Details

Each lens is an octagon with a flat top and cut corners, held by a thin gold-tone rim all round. A straight black bar spans the top, a gold lion head fixed at its centre, with a slim gold bar below as the bridge. Clear nose pads rest on short arms. At the hinge, a gold-tone ornament joins two ribbed oblong loops through a round medallion: a dark disc with a relief head in a Greek-key ring. The temples start with a ribbed gold section and end in a black tip. A small wordmark sits on the upper right lens. Five versions: dark grey lenses; lenses shading from wine to pale rose; lenses going from pale blue to deeper blue; lenses from grey-green to peach; and a violet gradient.
