Buying guide: how to buy through a shopping agent
A step-by-step buying guide: choose the right item and size, read QC photos, compare the total cost and ship your order through a shopping agent.
Before you start
A shopping agent buys items from sellers on your behalf, receives them at its warehouse, takes QC photos and ships everything to you in one parcel. RepLooks helps you find and compare items; the agent platform handles payment, storage and shipping.
Step 1: Pick the exact item
Open the product page and select the style and size. Check the product code and every photo so the item you add on the platform matches the one you chose.

Sizes on many listings follow Asian sizing and can run smaller than US or EU labels. Compare the measurements in centimetres with a garment or shoe you already own instead of relying on the size letter.

QC photos show the actual item in the warehouse before it ships. Check that the colour, size tag, logos and materials match what you ordered. If something looks wrong, ask the platform about an exchange or return before you ship.

The total usually includes the item price, the seller's domestic delivery, any platform service fee, international shipping and possible import duties. The reference price on RepLooks covers the item only.

Choose a shipping line on the platform, pay the shipping quote and keep the tracking number. Delivery times and rules depend on the line and your destination.
