What is RepLooks?

RepLooks is a spreadsheet of curated finds from Chinese marketplace sellers on Taobao, Weidian and 1688, turned into a fast catalogue with categories, brands, product photos, QC photos where available and the sellers' listing prices.

What is a shopping agent spreadsheet?

It is a list of marketplace products that buyers share so others can order them through shopping agents. Early spreadsheets were shared Google Sheets. RepLooks keeps the idea but lets you search, filter, sort and compare items instead of scrolling a sheet.

Does RepLooks sell or ship products?

No. RepLooks only helps you find and compare items. Payment, warehouse storage, quality checks and international shipping are handled by the shopping agent you choose.

How do I buy an item I find on RepLooks?

Open the product, check its photos and QC images, choose the style and size, then pick a shopping agent. The button opens the same item on that agent, where you pay for it. The agent buys it, checks it at its warehouse and ships it to you when you submit a parcel.

Which shopping agents can I use?

Each product page lists the agent platforms available for that item on this site. Pick the one you prefer; the buying button opens the item there with the style and size you selected where the agent supports it.

What are QC photos?

QC (quality check) photos are pictures of the actual item taken at an agent's warehouse after it arrives from the seller. Use them to compare colour, logo placement, stitching, size labels and condition before the item is shipped abroad.

How do I find items with QC photos?

Open QC photos to browse only items that have them, or sort any list by most QC photos. Product cards show a QC count, and product pages group QC photos by batch and date.

Are the prices on RepLooks final?

No. Prices are the seller's listing price, recorded when the item was last updated and shown in your chosen display currency. The final item price, the agent's service fee and international shipping are confirmed on the shopping agent's page.

Why is the price different on the agent's page?

Sellers change prices and options, currency conversions use a reference rate, and the agent adds its own service fee. The agent's checkout always shows the amount you pay; the RepLooks price is there to help you compare items.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure a similar piece you own flat on a table and compare the centimetre measurements with the size chart in the listing. Many items use Asian sizing, which often runs smaller than EU or US sizing.

Can I search the spreadsheet with a photo?

Yes. After signing in, use the camera button in the search box to upload or paste a picture, and the spreadsheet looks for similar finds in the catalogue.

How long does shipping take and what does it cost?

It depends on the agent, the shipping line, the parcel weight and size, and your country. Lines charge the higher of the actual and the volumetric weight, so bulky items such as puffer jackets and shoe boxes cost more than their weight suggests.

How can I lower shipping costs?

Combine several items into one parcel instead of shipping each order separately, check the agent's shipping calculator before buying bulky items, and use packaging options such as removing shoe boxes or vacuum-packing clothing where it makes sense.

What if the item is wrong or damaged?

Check the QC photos as soon as the item reaches the agent's warehouse. If the style, size or condition is wrong, ask the agent to exchange or return it before you approve and ship it. Returns are much simpler while the item is still in China.

Why does a product have no buying link?

A missing link means no supported agent is available for that item on this site right now, or the listing is temporarily unavailable. It does not mean the item is unavailable everywhere; check back later or choose a similar find.

Do I need an account?

No account is needed to browse the spreadsheet. A free account lets you save favourites and use image search.

Where can I find outfit ideas?

Open outfit inspiration to see looks styled with items from the spreadsheet. Each look links to the products it uses, with the style and size already selected.

How often is RepLooks updated?

New finds, QC photos, guides and styled looks are added regularly. The date at the top of the home page shows the latest update, and the journal collects new buying guides and top picks.
