Glossary of shopping agent terms
Plain-language definitions of common shopping agent and spreadsheet terms: W2C, QC, GL/RL, haul, shipping line, volumetric weight, declared value and more.
Shopping agent
A service that buys items from sellers for you, stores them in its warehouse, takes QC photos and ships them to you internationally.
Spreadsheet
A curated list of products with photos, prices and purchase links. RepLooks turns this idea into a searchable catalog with filters, QC photos and reference prices.
Browse the catalogQC (quality check)
Photos of your actual item taken at the warehouse before shipping, used to check that it matches your order.
QC photo guideGL / RL
Short for green light and red light: your decision after reviewing QC photos. GL means you accept the item; RL means you ask for an exchange or return.
W2C
Short for where to cop: a request for where to buy a specific item.
Haul
Several items bought together and shipped in one parcel.
Shipping line
A specific international shipping route and carrier offered by the platform, each with its own price, speed and item restrictions.
Shipping guideVolumetric weight
A weight calculated from the parcel's dimensions. Carriers often charge whichever is higher: the actual weight or the volumetric weight.
Declared value
The value stated on the customs declaration for your parcel. It must follow the rules of your destination country.
Reference price
The item price shown on RepLooks, converted into your display currency. The final price is set by the platform at checkout.
Batch
A production run of an item. Different batches of the same product can differ in materials and details, which is why QC photos are grouped by source.
