What Is the RepLooks Spreadsheet? How to Find, Check and Buy Finds
A plain-language tour of the RepLooks spreadsheet: what it lists, how to search it, how QC photos help and how an order reaches you through a shopping agent.
What the spreadsheet is
A spreadsheet, in shopping-agent communities, is a curated list of products from Chinese marketplaces such as Taobao, Weidian and 1688, with the links you need to order them. Early spreadsheets were literally shared Google Sheets: rows of item names, prices and links that someone updated by hand. The RepLooks spreadsheet keeps the same idea but turns each row into a product page with photos, listing prices, available styles and sizes, and QC photos where they exist.
Nothing is sold on RepLooks itself. Each product page shows where the item is listed and opens it on a shopping agent of your choice, so you place the order, pay and arrange shipping with that agent.
Why use a spreadsheet instead of searching marketplaces directly
Marketplace search is built for people who read Chinese and already know which seller they trust. A spreadsheet saves you that research:
- Items are grouped into categories such as sneakers, hoodies and sweatshirts and jackets.
- Every item has a readable title, the brand when it is known, and the style and size options of the original listing.
- QC photos taken by agents show the actual item before it ships, not only the seller's catalogue images.
- Listing prices are converted into the currency you choose, so you can compare finds quickly.
How to find what you want
Start broad and narrow down. The category directory and the brand directory are the fastest way in. On any list you can sort by recommended, newest, most viewed or most QC photos, filter by price, and switch between a card view and a compact sheet view that shows more items per screen.
If you already know the item, use the search box in the header. It accepts names, brands and product codes, and the camera icon searches by photo: upload a picture of an item you saw elsewhere and the spreadsheet looks for similar finds.

Check before you buy
Two things decide whether an order goes well: the exact style and size you select, and what the item really looks like. Each product page lists its styles and sizes; pick both before you open a buying link so the agent receives the same choice. Then look at the QC photos. Our guide on how to read QC photos explains what to compare, and choosing a style and size covers measurements.
Items with QC photos are easy to find: open QC photos or sort any list by most QC photos.
How an order reaches you
When you click a buying link, the item opens on the shopping agent you chose. From there the agent buys it from the seller, receives it at its warehouse in China, photographs it so you can approve it, and ships your parcel when you are ready. The step-by-step agent guide walks through each stage, and shipping your haul explains parcels, weight and shipping lines.
A few honest limits
Prices on RepLooks are the sellers' listing prices, recorded from the source listing; the agent shows the amount you actually pay, including its service fee and shipping. Stock and options can change at the seller between our update and your order, so the agent's page is always the final word. We explain this in detail in listing prices and buying links.
